My Shower Renovation – Day 1
For the past couple of days, I’ve been in the middle of a shower project. The shower in my master bath had a bad mildew problem. No matter how much I would scrub and douse with different types of bleaching products, the mildew would return within a few days.

The childhood home of famous Pulitzer-Prize winning author, John Updike, is up for sale. Strangely enough, the sale is on eBay. This Shillington, Pennsylvania home is believed to be the backdrop of his famous, Harry “Rabbit” Angstrom novel series. Would you pay an extra premium for a property if it was once occupied by someone famous?
New homes are getting smaller
Are you curious about what the new home trends will be in the coming years? The National Association of Home Builders (NASB) was recently asked that question. Homes have been reducing in size ever since McMansions have lost their appeal. It looks like homes will continue to get smaller but become more green.
Jaws ride is closing
Some sad news about a classic Florida attraction. Universal Studios Florida just announced it is closing its Jaws ride after two decades. The closing date is set for January 2nd.
