Dover, FL is a small town neighborhood located about 24 miles east of downtown Tampa. It has a total area of 2.6 square miles and is bordered by the neighborhoods of Brandon, Valrico, Plant City and Seffner.
Dover’s greatest strength is its location. Dover residents are able to enjoy the seclusion of country living with close proximity to city amenities to live, work and play (Just without the headache, noise and traffic found in larger communities). It is easily accessible to Interstate 4, State Road 574 and State Road 60.

Dover is within a 60 minute drive to the Florida gulf coast beaches, allowing visitors and residents take a short day trip over to the coast and enjoy the sun and sand.
Disney fans will be able to reach the Walt Disney World Resort in about 45 minutes.
Tampa International Airport is about a 35 minute drive from Dover, depending on traffic.
